The average delivery time across Turkey is 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you.

Shipping Service
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically for orders above a certain amount. You can view current conditions at the payment step.

Delivery Coverage
Domestic shipments are currently active, and our international delivery process is being planned.

Damaged Delivery
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, a report must be filed before accepting delivery. Notifications of missing or damaged items must be submitted to us on the same day.

Return & Exchange Conditions
