1. Information Text

Pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, commercial electronic messages refer to data, voice, and image-based messages sent for commercial purposes through electronic means using tools such as telephones, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, e-mail, and short message services. Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients after obtaining their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tools, or via the Message Management System (“İYS”). Recipients may, at any time and without providing any reason, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages and withdraw their consent. Therefore, even if you have given your consent to receive commercial electronic messages, you may refuse to receive such messages at any time, without providing any reason, by following the link included in the message or through the İYS. Within this scope, our Company presents this information text to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages to you for the purposes of providing information regarding our Company, its activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial operations; celebration messages; updates on our Company’s organizations; and marketing and communication activities. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you give your consent.

Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I acknowledge that I have been duly informed, that I have read and understood this information form, and that my declaration below, obtained in this manner, is valid. I hereby give my explicit informed consent to ROYAL PHARMA İLAÇ KOZMETİK GIDA VE SANAYİ A.Ş and/or third parties providing services under a confidentiality obligation on its behalf, to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications via e-mail, SMS/text message, instant notifications, social media and other online advertising networks, automated calls, computers, telephones, fax, e-mail/mail, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools, for the purposes of providing information and communication with me, as well as for the promotion, advertisement, sales, marketing, celebration, greetings, and information regarding the Company’s organizations, in accordance with applicable laws. I acknowledge that I am aware that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any reason, and I hereby give my consent with full awareness.
